We recommend 3 levels of service. Remember you can always get a small commitment from a new member for $20 per month then upsell them a week later once they've tested the product. You can also give them 7 days for free to show them how much your online system can help them. This also shows confidence in the product that you're willing to let them try before they buy.

You can use this to continue to employ and pay your coaches. Have your coaches reach out to at least 20-30 contacts per day to offer online training and accountability. Work out a 20-50% split with any new customer they bring on and service from their home.
