FitHive has a whole list of automation emails/text. Because every campaign is unique we want you to get familiar with the automation options you have and how you can use them to your advantage when running one of our marketing plays. 

From your FitHive dashboard navigate to Communicate>Automate email/text

To edit an automated email & text response to triggers:

Step 1 - Click Communicate

Step 2 - Click Automate Emails / Texts

Step 3 - This will bring you to the list of the current automations. Click the pencil icon to the right of the email you would like to edit

Step 4 - Click Add Section to customize your email with pictures, headers, or footers

Step 5 - Clicking the section will add it to your email

Step 6 - Click Edit Content to alter the text of the automated email

Step 7 - Make any changes and click Set Content

Step 8 - The tokens above can be put into any email and will automatically populate with the customer's info

Step 9 - Click Save to save changes or Test to send yourself a test email
